Mary Miss Fairy is a UK DJ and vocalist with a reputation for unleashing seriously crunching bass lines on unsuspecting dance floors across Britain and Europe. Her appetite for all things bass is as contagious as it is compelling: a self-confessed purveyor of dirty disco filth and full-time bass junkie.
Electro is home ground, but she is no one-trick pony. Driving minimal techno and dirty progressive house are regular ingredients, and when the mood and the crowd take her she will happily swing through dubstep, glitch hop and drum and bass. What ties it together is energy: a full-on stage presence, real technical prowess and a relentless passion for beats that guarantees a mind-melting experience for the electro connoisseur.
A regular on the UK festival and club circuit, Mary has played Glastonbury, Lovebox, Secret Garden Party, Glade, Boomtown Fair, Blissfields, Noisily, Waveform, Sunrise and Echo, and graced the stages of some of the biggest venues in London and Brighton - Matter, SE1, The Scala, The Coronet, The Colosseum, Cafe 1001 and Concorde 2 among them. She became a fixture at Bristol's Tribe of Frog parties at Lakota, while regular bookings in France, Italy, Spain and the Czech Republic took her sound well beyond the UK.
Along the way she has more than held her own opening for artists such as Miles Dyson, Camea, Far Too Loud, Elite Force and Atomic Drop, and has shared line-ups with LTJ Bukem, Goldierocks, Electrixx, Lady Waks, Gaudi, Hallucinogen, Ticon, Eat Static, Liquid Soul, Tim Healey, General Midi and Hedflux, to name but a few.

As well as DJing, Mary sings. Her voice fronts Atomic Drop's single What You Wish , released on Sub Nation in November 2014 backed with Laundry Time. The release picked up support from DJ Mag, Mixmag, Annie Mac, Monki, B.Traits, DJ EZ and Maxim of The Prodigy, and DJ Mag scored it 9.0 in its breakbeat and bass reviews.
Lead track 'What You Wish' sends Mary Miss Fairy's breathy little girl lost vocal over washed-out bells and deep deep dub, while the two-steppy beats deliver tightly-wound, heavily-swung syncopation. DJ Mag · 9.0
She has lent her vocals to other collaborations along the way, was a label DJ for Broken Records and Wonk#ay Records, and held residencies with GoForward Events and Bearded Kitten. Her mixes live on SoundCloud and Mixcloud, including sets recorded at Tribe of Frog.
